Office hours are Mon-Fri 8.30am to 4pm. Sat 8.30am to 1.00pm. |

If you would like to place an order for delivery, please call us before 2pm during business hours to find out when we can next deliver. |

Orders must be a minimum of $100.00 + GST. |
|
Orders under $100.00 + GST may be picked up at head office during business hours. |
Cash On Delivery
|
|
Money must either be received at point of delivery or paid in advance. |
|
We accept cash, business cheques and direct deposit. |
|
No eftpos or credit card facilities available. |
Special Orders
|
|
When ordering non-stock items, full-payment must be made before the order is placed. |
|
Delivery lead times – please allow approximately one week subsequent to order placement. |
Return of Goods and Credits
|
|
Delivery discrepancies must be notified 24hours of receiving goods. |
|
Stock returns will strictly not be accepted after 5 working days. |
|
Quality related credit claims – all manufacturing faults will be credited up receipt. |
