Terms and Conditions
Office hours are Mon-Fri 8.30am to 4pm. Sat 8.30am to 1.00pm.
If you would like to place an order for delivery, please call us before 2pm during business hours to find out when we can next deliver.
Orders must be a minimum of $100.00 + GST.
Orders under $100.00 + GST may be picked up at head office during business hours.


Cash On Delivery

Money must either be received at point of delivery or paid in advance.
We accept cash, business cheques and direct deposit.
No eftpos or credit card facilities available.


Special Orders

When ordering non-stock items, full-payment must be made before the order is placed.
Delivery lead times – please allow approximately one week subsequent to order placement.


Return of Goods and Credits

Delivery discrepancies must be notified 24hours of receiving goods.
Stock returns will strictly not be accepted after 5 working days.
Quality related credit claims – all manufacturing faults will be credited up receipt.
